The furnace and hot water tank were updated and there is a desert springs humidifier that included but needs to be installed. There is a bathroom vanity, shower doors and towel rack to be included. New pot lights and light fixtures were purchased and are included in the sale, simply awaiting to be installed. Solid new teak hardwood flooring ( now considered a rare wood and o longer can be purchased new) was purchased prior, along with new storm doors that can also be negotiated into a deal.
